2-Night minimum reservation requirement will be removed on the 1st day of the month for each show.

ANTIQUE Show Dates:

We do not have a 24-hour check-in service desk. You may go straight to your room upon arrival to property.
All rooms are keypad access entry. You will be issued a room code via TEXT message 24-48 hours prior to arrival.
Please respond to the TEXT message to verify receipt of information.
Early Check-In & Late Check-Outs:
We have a large number of check-ins and check-outs and need additional time for room cleaning between guests. Please understand and respect that we absolutely cannot accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for any reason during Antique Show Dates. If you absolutely need an early check-in to be guaranteed, then guest must rent the night before.
Cancellation Policy:
Standard Rate (Non-Antique Show)
14 days prior to scheduled arrival.
You will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee, plus a 3.5% credit card transaction fee on original purchase price, per room. You notify the owner in writing at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Reservations become completely NON-REFUNDABLE once the 14-day window arrives.
In addition, a reservation cannot be moved to a later date, once 14-day window arrives.

Special Events
(Wine Trail & National Holidays & Holiday Weekends). 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. You will receive a refund minus a $50 cancellation fee per room.
Some EVENTS will have a 2-day minimum reservation.
Antique Show Dates (Spring, Fall & Winter) – See Below for Official Cancellation Dates for Each Season
You must notify the owner by email prior to the each listed cancellation date to receive a refund minus $100 cancellation fee, plus a 3.5% credit card transaction fee on original purchase price, per room.

Reservation changes PRIOR to Cancellation Deadlines will be accepted with a $100 Reservation / Service Fee, per room.
Reservation changes to Antique Show Reservation will ONLY be accepted and changed to another date within the SAME show.
Deadlines for Cancellations:
February 15th for Spring Antique Shows
September 15th for Fall Antique Shows &
December 15th for Winter Antique Shows
If any of your reservation dates fall within the posted Antique Show dates, the Cancellation policy for Antique Show applies.
After cancellation dates, NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason. In addition, reservations cannot be moved to a later date.
